Our Vision
The Richland County Campus Foundation, a 501c (3) nonprofit organization founded in 1979, is based upon the conviction that an educated society is essential to a healthy democracy.
The Foundation provides access to a postsecondary education to members of our county and community who otherwise would not have the financial means to fulfill their educational goals.
The Foundation sees higher education as a catalyst, an agent of change for individuals, families and communities. We envision a community that recognizes the importance of educational attainment. We support positive educational outcomes that are accessible to all regardless of economic circumstance.
To those who share its vision, the Foundation offers opportunities to participate in its realization through financial and in-kind support. The Foundation contributes to enlightened public policy through advocacy for its vision of postsecondary educational opportunity without financial barriers.
