How to Apply for Scholarships

Application Process

We’re here to help you navigate the process completing the scholarship application.


  1. Complete the application
    Visit the Scholarship Application page and complete / submit the application on this website.
  2. High School Students
    Scan and upload 3 letters of recommendation in order to complete your application. Contact your high school counselor to send a transcript prior to the application deadline (March 1st).
  3. Home Educated & College Students
    Scan and upload your unofficial/official transcript and 3 new letters of recommendation in order to complete your application prior to the application deadline (March 1st).

Application Criteria

  • Must be attending an accredited Wisconsin university or college
  • Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Must be a resident of Richland or surrounding counties
  • We begin accepting applications on January 1st with the deadline of midnight March 1st

How to Receive Awarded Scholarships

Enrollment Verification documents are due to the Executive Secretary:

Fall 2026 Semester: September 4, 2026

Spring 2027 Semester: February 1, 2027

  • Contact your university or college Registrar’s office or Student Records office for assistance.
  • Payments will be sent directly to your educational institution!
  • Failure to submit the enrollment verification form in a timely manner may result in a delay or forfeiture of scholarship funds.

Recipient Notification

High School Students will be notified at your awards ceremony.

All other applicants will be notified by May 31st.
